Collection: Kelbourne Woolens

Kelbourne Woolens was founded by longtime friends and fiber lovers Courtney Kelley and Kate Gagnon Osborn with a simple belief: good yarn should be beautiful, functional, and built to last. Based in Philadelphia, this women-owned company creates timeless, wool-forward yarns that honor traditional craft while embracing modern making.

Their mission is to design yarns that are accessible, sustainable, and made to stand the test of time. Many of their lines are spun from GOTS-certified natural fibers, reflecting a deep commitment to environmental responsibility and ethical production.

I chose to bring Kelbourne Woolens into the Tumalo Fiber studio because their values mirror my own — thoughtful sourcing, respect for craft, and care for the makers who bring wool to life. Their yarns are beautiful, practical, and designed to last, offering something for every maker and every budget when you visit the studio.
