Collection: River Bend Fingering - La Victoria Series - 100% Superwash Shaniko Wool

Shaniko wool is a fully traceable U.S. grown and processed fine (20.4µ) Merino/Rambouillet wool that is RWS (Responsible Wool Standard) certified.

What is RWS and why is it important? This is a certification done through professional 3rd party audits with the goal of ensuring the protection of animal welfare, preservation of the land, and social welfare protection.

Shaniko wool comes from multigenerational ranches in Colorado, Nevada, California, and Oregon. The wool is washed, carded, and spun in North Carolina.

Despite being superwashed, this yarn remains super squishy and bouncy making it perfect for any next to skin item.

The La Victoria series was inspired by a friend who LOVES all things bright! She is a strong, independent, effervescent human who brings happiness and positivity to every room she enters.

Check out the coordinating Mo'Floof, perfect for any pattern requiring a fingering and lace weight yarn held together.
