Knitting 101 – Beginner Class

Welcome to the very beginning of your knitting journey! This class is designed for true beginners—no experience needed, no pressure, just a cozy space to learn something new.

Over the course of this session, we’ll walk through all the essentials you need to start your first project with confidence. You’ll learn how to:

• Cast on
• Work the knit and purl stitches
• Create simple ribbing
• Fix common mistakes (including how to pick up dropped stitches)
• Bind off your project

We’ll blend friendly discussion with lots of hands-on guidance. Class sizes are limited to 6 people. Classes are intentionally kept small so every student gets personalized support, time to practice, and plenty of room to ask questions.

• Locking stitch markers 
• Fix-it tool
