Beginning hand-spinnng is pricey between the cost of the wheel or spindle plus all the practice fiber that will initially be "art yarn" until you get the hang of things. 

This section is geared toward cost-effective and easier to spin fiber for the beginner hand spinner. Also, would work well for felting.
