Woolpaka® brings together 60% Peruvian Highland Wool and 40% Superfine Alpaca for a yarn that’s soft, warm, durable, and beautifully balanced.

Peruvian Highland Wool comes from sheep descended from crosses between Merino and Corriedale breeds—and that combination is exactly what makes it such a great all-around wool. You get much of the softness, elasticity, and bounce of Merino paired with the strength, structure, and durability of Corriedale. In your finished project, that means a yarn that feels good against the skin, holds its shape, shows off your stitches, and stands up beautifully to regular wear.

Add Superfine Alpaca and you get even more warmth and softness, along with a gentle halo and lovely drape. The wool keeps the alpaca from becoming too drapey or losing its shape, while the alpaca softens the wool and adds that cozy, slightly luxurious feel.

With its round, plied construction and excellent stitch definition, Woolpaka® is a beautiful choice for sweaters, cardigans, cables, textured knits, hats, scarves, and other cozy accessories.
