About

Soft, airy, and just the right amount of extra—Sparkle Floof is our hand-dyed Suri silk blend with a shimmer that catches the light like water at golden hour.

This base takes dye in the dreamiest way, creating soft, diffused color shifts with a subtle iridescent sparkle throughout. The halo is light and lofty, giving your finished fabric that cozy, ethereal glow we can’t get enough of.

Knit it on its own for a sheer, cloudlike fabric, or hold it double with another yarn to add depth, texture, and a little magic to your stitches.

Tips

• Perfect held double with fingering or DK weight yarns to add a soft halo and sparkle.
• Your skein may look a little “sleepy” fresh out of the hank—give it a gentle fluff to wake up that beautiful halo.
• We recommend alternating skeins for larger projects to keep color transitions smooth.

Care

Hand wash cold with a gentle wool wash. Lay flat to dry. Treat it kindly, and it will stay soft, fluffy, and full of glow.

Note: Some color release may occur during the first few washes, especially with highly saturated shades. In our experience, this may tint the wash water but has not transferred onto other colors when used in colorwork.
